Offer warm and welcoming customer assistance, aiding shoppers to navigate our store and locate their desired products. Make sure that every customer is provided with a quick and congenial checkout procedure. Fulfill duty of unloading merchandise and performing store upkeep tasks in accordance with our Brand Promises.

  • Assist shoppers in finding exactly what they need, suggesting alternatives or complementary items along the way
  • Aim for a quick and pleasant payment process; adhere to cash management regulations
  • Encourage customers to experience the perks of the Rewards program and sign up for it through a seamless enrollment process that is quick and easy to complete
  • It is important to understand the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey as it helps businesses to gather actionable insights from the feedback provided by their customers
  • Aid in implementing multi-channel procedures such as the in-store pickup of online purchases and the shipment of orders from physical stores
  • Engage in the process of unloading trucks, stocking products and arranging planograms to ensure efficient order fulfillment
  • In charge of carrying out tasks related to the recovery and upkeep of merchandise, which involves returning and restoring products to their appropriate sections and maintaining stock levels to ensure an organized and well-stocked store
  • Optimize Store Inventory: Implement strategies to reduce unnecessary stock and improve inventory turnover rate for efficient management of store stocks
  • Assistance in enhancing mental wellness programs and promoting safety measures
  • Execute the policies and standards of the Company and adhere to its Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and programs with utmost diligence to ensure compliance with relevant laws and requirements
  • Engage with others in a tolerant and courteous way; sustain a constructive and consistent demeanor, even when encountering challenging scenarios; encourage an unwavering dedication to the company's principles and beliefs; mirror the ideals of an exemplary team member
  • Possessing cross-functional expertise in the provision and creation of custom frames
