Wendy's is seeking dedicated and energetic Team Members to join our team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a great dining experience. You will be trained to work in various positions within the restaurant, including front-line customer service, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take accurate orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food items according to Wendy's quality standards, including sandwiches, fries, and beverages.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle financial transactions accurately, and provide correct change.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Compliance: Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Flexibility: Be willing to perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager, such as opening/closing duties and stocking supplies.

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience: Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus but not necessary.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and a positive attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Schedule:

• Availability for opening shifts, mid-day shifts, closing shifts, and weekend shifts.
