Job Description:

• Strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs is necessary to achieve compliance with applicable laws and requirements. Following Company policies and standards is also crucial
• Facilitate transactions with a sense of confidence and expertise, backed by efficient cash handling methods that guarantee total accuracy
• Highlight the sense of exclusivity that comes with being a Rewards member, and how being part of a select group of shoppers can feel special and exciting
• VOC surveys not only allow businesses to better meet the needs of their customers, but they can also improve customer loyalty and lead to increased revenue
• Restoring and maintaining merchandise
• Supporting the return of merchandise and promoting store recuperation initiatives are vital for preserving customer trust
• Provide professional assistance to shoppers, offering suggestions for items they might like and recommending products that lead to successful purchases
• Assist in the truck unloading and stocking operations to fulfill the defined standards within a budget
• Safety programs alone are not enough; it's important to prioritize mental health in the workplace
• Establishing metrics to measure success is critical when implementing an omni-channel strategy, as it allows businesses to track progress and make necessary adjustments
• Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date on current customer demands can help ensure merchandise remains relevant and appealing
• Upholds respectful behavior towards others while practicing positivity, even during complex situations; supports the alignment to the company's values and vision; serves as an exemplar for others to emulate
