Help shoppers easily locate desired products and thoroughly enjoy their shopping experience. Ensure speedy and welcoming checkout for all patrons. Maintain store orderliness and appearance as outlined in our Brand Promises. Deter shrink through friendly service initiatives.

Major Activities:

• Execute the Company's policies and standards by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to regulatory programs that ensure legal compliance and applicable laws
• Elevate customer satisfaction levels with a swift and congenial check-out experience
• Following established cash handling processes and regulations protects both the business and its customers from fraudulent activity
• By encouraging customers to enroll in our Rewards program, we can ensure they are aware of all our new product offerings and therefore more likely to make future purchases
• The VOC survey is an important tool for businesses of all sizes, as it allows them to stay competitive in the marketplace by continually improving their offerings
• Collaborate with the team to carry out the truck unloading and stocking procedure within the set budget to ensure that no additional costs will be incurred
• Expected to perform the activities pertaining to merchandise recovery and maintenance, which entail the processes for returning and restocking items
• Support the implementation of employee wellness programs to reduce stress and mental health concerns among workers
• In today's fast-paced business environment, it is important to prioritize operational efficiency. Integrated omni channel processes can help businesses achieve this by reducing redundancies and eliminating silos across different departments
• Demonstrate gratitude to customers, aid them in finding products, and suggest feasible solutions
• The individual embodies the organization's values, living up to its high standards of excellence and commitment to service. Their positivity and respectful demeanor towards others inspire and motivate colleagues to embrace the same values and work together towards a common goal
• Proficiently trained both in sales and production techniques of Custom Framing
• More work as handed over
• Experience Type Preferred by the Job
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly valued for this position

Physical Requirements:

• Capability to maintain a standing stance without interruption
• Skill to move about in the entirety of the retail space
• Routine physical motions of bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching
• Transporting weighty packages and reaching tall storage units by using a stepping stool or similar device

Work Environment:

Our frame shop is equipped with a glass cutter and heat press, allowing us to provide efficient and professional framing services.
