Customer Experience Associate

Job Description:

Provide welcoming customer assistance, guide customers in navigating our store, and assisting them in locating desired items. Guarantee that every customer enjoys a prompt and amiable checkout process.

Assist shoppers in finding products and offer solutions, ensuring a pleasant checkout experience with efficient cash handling practices. Encourage customers to join the Rewards program and inquire about Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with sign-ups. Educate clients on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and help with Omni channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) transactions. Participate in various tasks such as truck unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise displays to maintain a well-stocked store

Work Environment:
