Provide support to shoppers so they can successfully find what they are looking for. Create a fast and friendly checkout experience for each customer. Sustain the store's appearance to meet our Brand Promises. Use courteous service to deter shrink.

Major Activities:

• Adhere to the Company's guidelines to ensure that legal requirements and applicable laws are met; follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulation programs
• Provide a speedy and pleasant check-out experience to elevate customer satisfaction
• Adhering to strict policies and procedures can assist in reducing errors and theft in cash handling
• Make it clear to customers that enrolling in our Rewards program comes with multiple perks including accumulating reward points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases
• The VOC survey typically includes questions about the customer's satisfaction with the product or service, as well as their overall experience with the company
• Participate in the truck unloading process, and work closely with the team to ensure that all products are inspected and stocked in their appropriate sections as per the standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Tasked with completing merchandise maintenance and recovery responsibilities such as handling product returns and the restocking process
• Advocate for regular safety inspections and hazard assessments to identify any potential risks or threats to employee safety and wellbeing
• With the rise of e-commerce, it is crucial for businesses to have a strong online presence that is accessible across different devices. A well-planned omni channel strategy can help brands cater to the needs of their customers in this regard
• Thank customers for their business, assist them in identifying products, and recommend practical solutions
• The individual embodies the spirit of open-mindedness and respect for diversity, promoting inclusivity and a sense of belonging among colleagues. They remain constructive and optimistic in their interactions with others, serving as a beacon of hope and motivation amidst uncertainty and change
• Cross-trained in the nuances of Custom Framing sales and production

• Individuals with experience in the retail or customer service sectors are preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to uphold a vertical position for extensive periods
• The capability to traverse the entire space of the shopping outlet
• The consistent practice of bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching on a regular basis
• Moving hefty boxes and obtaining items situated on high shelves via the utilization of a ladder or similar apparatus

Although most of our stock rooms are climate controlled, there are some that may not be regulated at the same level.
